**Role Overview**:
As an Advertising and Analytics Specialist at Topline, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, and Microsoft Ad Manager. You will also be tasked with analyzing campaign performance, tracking conversions, and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
- Proficiently utilize Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, and Microsoft Ad Manager to maximize ROI.
- Utilize Google Sheets and other tools for campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Dive deep into analytics with GA4, to understand campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Implement and fine-tune conversion tracking to accurately measure the success of campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with product offerings and company goals.
- Stay updated on advertising and analytics trends, tools, and best practices.
- This role entails engaging with clients and advising them on strategies to enhance their business growth.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Expertise in Google Ad Manager, Meta Ad Manager, and Microsoft Ad Manager.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, GA4, and other analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking mechanisms and attribution modeling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc., are highly desirable.
