We are looking for new members for our Kickstart team for the Sales Agent role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make OUTBOUND calls to reach the assigned customers (Min. 60 attempts per day).
- Reach a minimum of 12 to 15 clients per week.
- Understand the objectives of each advertiser to plan, create and/or optimize Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video), optimize their daily budgets and existing marketing plans.
- Upselling proposals and sustainability follow up.
- Implement strategies that allow the sustainability and effectiveness of the optimizations made to the client's campaigns.
- Follow up on these implementations throughout the assignment service period.
- Complete and manage daily monitoring tools to self-track progress of effort and productivity.
- Pitch and interactions documentation on CRM and internal tools/trackers
- Analysis and use of performance reports.

**Shift model**:
**Office**: Tucumán 3720. Buenos Aires, CABA

**Hybrid model**: 3 days at the office - 2 days from home (Modifiable to more days at the office if necessary).

**Shifts**: Part Time, from 12hs to 20hs
- Some holidays will be workable (from home) depending on our project/market needs (with applicable benefits per Cognizant).

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Outstanding customer experience.
- Experience on sales projects/teams with high volume of outbound calls.
- Exceptional communicator with great interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and interest in digital marketing.
- Positive and competitive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Developed skills in objection handling.
- Attention to detail and process follow up.
- Willingness and proactivity to make outbound calls.
- Intermediate English B2 or higher.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics & Tag manager.
- Understanding of Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc).
- Intermediate/high level of English (B2-C1).
