In Argentina alone, we have almost 400 Avaturians that need to get payed and helped with their daily requests. As a payroll analyst, you’ll be responsible to help make sure that everything related to these tasks gets done on time, and that nothing goes passed us. As a part of such an essential team, you’ll learn about different processes, labor laws, and personally ensure that they are kept at our company.**Your challenges and objectives**:

- Gain an understanding of our compensation structure and processes.
- Be able to execute all payroll related tasks autonomously.
- Keep a healthy relationship with payroll related providers and internal customers.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Work closely with our treasurer to ensure all payroll matter are taken care of.
- Manage the relationship with Avature’s bank account executive and healthcare provider.
- Provide internal services to fellow employees regarding their payroll, health insurance, absences, and such.
- Work with the Talent Management team to manage administrative tasks for employee onboarding and termination.

**About you**:

- Academic background (HR/Accountancy) or professional experience in payroll.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Great at working with numbers.
- Able to manage information levels and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
