Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de una persona para desempeñarse como **Sr Payroll Analyst** en nuestra **Dirección de HR - Total Rewards & Payroll**

**Serás responsable de**:

- Asesorar a clientes internos. Procesos de altas, bajas y modificaciones de empleados en AFIP.
- Realizar la inducción de nuevos ingresos.
- Cargar documentos y recibos de sueldos en la plataforma tu recibo.
- Realizar altas, bajas y actualización de datos de empleados en sistema Oracle.
- Preparar documentación de liquidaciones finales de empleados (certificación de servicios y certificado art.80 - AFIP).
- Responsable de Prepagas (realización de altas y bajas de empleados, altas del grupo familiar).
- Colaborar con la liquidación de nómina, Impuesto a las ganancias y cargas sociales

**¿Qué valoramos?**:

- Estudiantes avanzados o graduados en Contabilidad, Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos o Administración de Empresas
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Nociones básicas de liquidación de nómina de Argentina, cargas sociales, liquidación de impuesto a las ganancias.
- Manejo de sistema ADP (deseable)
- Manejo de plataforma TuRecibo (deseable)
- Manejo de Excel avanzado (excluyente)
- Conocimientos en la Ley de contrato de Argentina (excluyente)
- Deseable conocimientos en convenio de comercio.
- Nível de inglés itermedio
- Capacidad analítica, buenas relaciones interpersonales, flexibilidad para adaptarse a entornos cambiantes y desafiantes, trabajo en equipo, capacidades de comunicación y síntesis.
