**How will you make an impact in this role?**
We are looking for collaborators with a taste for constant challenging situations, who display strong communication and analytical skills. **Main Responsibilities**:
- Ongoing & New Hire Training delivery for Travel & Lifestyle Services Business Unit (ARG and MEX)
- Create new initiatives focusing on metrics result, like RTF, OSAT, service level, sales, and revenue
- Reporting and administrative tasks
- Develop training material for ongoing, new hires and projects
- Provide Coaching, Mentoring and feedback to Travel Counselors
- Supplier relationship management
- Local and international project management
- Create networking and teamwork with international partners, as well as manage initiatives to implement in local market
- Support other markets to deliver trainings
- Current environment adaptation to deliver trainings (virtual and face to face)
- Multimarket delivery training including international support
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Tourism professional career and experience background
- Strong Lifestyle&Travel industry and Extensive Argentina Culture & destination knowledge
- Previous experience delivering training. Ability to create training material
- Call Center experience attending Cardholder
- Excellent communication skills, Ability to Coach and provide feedback.
- English Language - advanced
- Strong focus on Customers and Colleagues
- Negotiation skills with leaders. Proficiency to present initiatives, results, and updates to Senior Leaders
- Innovation skills, adaptability to work in a changing environment, strong Team work, Working autonomously
- Ability create networking in local and international markets
- Leadership skills
- Full time availability (including weekends)
