Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and executing comprehensive learning and development strategies for corporate employees.
  • Creating and rolling out dynamic, blended learning solutions that foster interactive and engaging experiences.
  • Partnering with leaders and teams to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and propose tailored development solutions.
  • Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring courses remain relevant and engaging.
  • Supporting internal mobility initiatives by promoting visibility of career growth opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on designing, curating, and facilitating impactful learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience managing learning programs using LMS platforms, with advanced proficiency in LMS content management and analytics.
  • Strong skills in program design, training content curation, and development, utilizing diverse delivery modes.
  • Proven ability to assess business learning needs and develop strategic proposals to address skill gaps and support growth.
