En el área de #Innovación vas a: Detectar oportunidades de aplicación de herramientas de Machine Learning.
Liderar la estrategia del laboratorio de Machine Learning.
Identificación de comportamiento de los clientes (social listening y clustering) y acciones de CRM.
Orientar los proyectos internos y/o con externos para generar aplicaciones concretas mediante algoritmos.
Permitir mediante algoritmos sistematizar y automatizar decisiones del negocio. Liderar la creación de modelos predictivos, incluyendo: Datasets de entrenamiento del modelo, Definir de BBDDs en conjunto con el área de Desarrollo de Sistemas, Definir y validar junto a Data Scientist el modelo de predicción de problemáticas, Asegurar que los resultados de las predicciones estén disponibles en un sitio accesible y actualizadas. Valoramos: Ser estudiantes avanzados/as o profesionales Data Scientist, Ciencias Exactas, Actuario/Economía, Estadística, Sistemas, Ingeniería.
Se requiere contar con experiencia en el área de Data Science y el desarrollo de modelos de Machine Learning.
Gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo, análisis, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
Poseer conocimientos de Inglés (avanzado) Conocimientos de estadística avanzada.
Algoritmos de Machine Learning.
Lenguaje Phyton y/o R. Conocimientos generales de SQL, Octave o Matlab.
Paquete Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power Pivot).
