El Sybox Team no para de crecer, y en ésta oportunidad estamos buscando _**Business Development Manager**_ para ayudarnos a armar nuestro staff comercial.

**¿Qué buscamos?**

Hoy queremos armar una estructura comercial robusta, hay mucho por desarrollar y construir en el área. Por lo que comenzamos por sumar Business Development Manager; con foco en la generación de demanda para servicio de Staffing IT.

**Para ello esperamos que tus funciones sean**:

- Participación en el diseño de la estrategia comercial junto a los directores/socios.
- Confección de propuestas comerciales.
- Meetings con potenciales clientes.
- Colaboración en la gestión de contenido en RRSS.
- Participación en las campañas de Marketing.

A su vez, el rol también estará involucrado en el desarrollo de nuevos negocios por fuera del servicio de staffing. Por lo que será necesaria la investigación y participación en eventos estratégicos para la generación de demanda y de nuevos contactos (SAP, Microsoft, entre otros).

**Un poco sobre nosotros**:
Estamos hace más de 15 años en el mercado, nos especializamos en el desarrollo, la configuración e implementación de software; tenemos tambien partnership SAP y Microsoft, y contamos actualmente con la vertical de Talent Acquisition para el offering de servicios de staffing IT en clientes finales de mediana a gran estructura.

¿Qué nos depara para lo que queda del 2023 y el 2024?

Nuestros objetivos son crecer y desarrollar el negocio local, pero también el regional; concentrado en la generación de demanda en el exterior y en clientes Argentina. Queremos seguir desarrollando vínculos con otras empresas de IT de otros países para proveerles recursos/servicios.

**¿Qué requisitos necesita el rol?**

▫ Nível avanzado de inglés (deseable).

▫ Sólida experiência en generación de demanda de servicios Tech (Staffing IT, Desarrollo de software, Soluciones).

▫ Experiência en el desarrollo de partnership & alianzas estratégicas.

▫ Valoramos la experiência y conocimiento de mercados regionales LatAm y USA.
