**Role description**:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Content Manager who will align and organize a cross-functional team of the specific complex project, being the proxy between the client team and production teams inside the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify clients’ needs and preferences, negotiate, and offer additional services.
- Collect customer's requirements and translate them into tasks for internal production teams.
- Coordinate project/request execution between internal departments (Design, Production, Delivery).
- Manage project timeline
- Manage change request implementation in line with the approved scope, timeline, and budget.
- Provide timely and complete assessment of the project with the provision of an estimate to the client and financial documentation filing within the company.
- Proactively participate in troubleshooting.
- Manage communication with Customers, ensuring a high satisfaction level.
- Ensure timely escalation to the Team Lead and Account director in case the project gets off-tack or there is an issue.
- Create and maintain timely invoicing and receipt of payment for work performed (Jira & CRM Creatio).
- Follow ethical rules and regulations in communication with the client and within the company.
- Control project margin.
- Proactive upselling/cross-selling.

**Required skills and knowledge**:

- Pharma marketing background would be a benefit.
- Basic knowledge of content/product lifecycle will be considered a competitive advantage.
- Experience in B2B.
- Experience with Jira, CRMs, and Office 365 soft.
- ** Fluency in English.**:

- Knowledge of foreign languages other than English.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering deliverables to the customer.
- Continuously learning technology and able to quickly adapt to new technologies including internal and external programs, and workflows.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Listening ability, consultant skills, co-creation ability, team player, business thinking.
