We seek a creative and driven **Content Manager** to manage and execute our digital content strategy, ensuring our unique vision and projects shine across all platforms.
**Job Summary**
The **Content Manager** at **ROY** will develop, execute, and manage a content strategy that reflects our studio’s ethos and creativity across digital platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, and newsletters. You will create compelling narratives that showcase our projects, services, and thought leadership in branding and interior design, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Strategy**: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our branding and interior design portfolio, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Write, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, blog, website, and newsletters that highlight our unique projects and design philosophy.
- **Social Media Management**: Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest, with a focus on building brand awareness and community engagement.
- **Website & Blog Content**: Regularly update the website with new projects, case studies, and blog posts that communicate our expertise in branding and design, driving traffic and engagement.
- **Newsletter Creation**: Design, write, and manage newsletters to keep our audience informed and inspired by our latest work, trends, and insights in design and branding.
- **Content Calendar**: Manage a detailed content calendar to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of content across all digital platforms.
- **SEO Optimization**: Optimize all web and blog content for search engines, using relevant keywords and SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations to refine strategy and improve engagement.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with **ROY’s** unique tone of voice, visual identity, and creative standards, maintaining cohesion across all platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our designers, project managers, and photographers to ensure all digital content aligns with our brand’s design vision and storytelling approach.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally within the interior design, branding, or creative agency space.
- **Skills**:
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to tell captivating stories about design and branding.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms and creating content that fosters engagement and brand growth.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite).
- Proficiency in basic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
- **Creative Mindset**: A passion for branding, design, and storytelling with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred, relevant experience also considered.
