Job Summary What you will do
**As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will**:
Monitor order fulfilment of packaging material and additional material;
Manage all steps of Order Fulfillment Packaging Material Operations: order management, design administration, logistics;
Create synergy with internal areas like planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical services;
Drive WCM (World Class Manufacturing) improvement activities from customer perspective;
Focused KPI´s (customer dashboard);
Identify customer demand patterns and build the best fit supply chain solution to fulfil it;
Understand Supply Chain activities.
We believe you have
Bachelor´s degree;
Related experience in the same/similar role;
OFPM Process knowledge is a plus;
Strong English communication skills, both written and oral;
Strong business understanding and customer service;
Strong computer skills (MS Office, SAP R/3, Power BI);
Must be detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to multitask;
WCM methodology knowledge is a plus.
