**So, currently, we are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will be part of our Call Center** and actively engage in communication with our clients, ensuring the maintenance of our service at the highest level.

**Responsibilities**:
➤ Accept and consult clients by incoming calls.
➤ Formation of invitations for a technician's visits to the clients, and making correct routes.
➤ Making outgoing calls to arrange return visits.
➤ Entering data into CRM.
➤ Working according to work service standards.
➤ Maintain effective communication with other departments within the company.
➤ Working hours Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (Calgary time zone; GMT-7)
**Your Skills**:
➤ Minimum 1 years of experience as Customer Care Representative / Dispatcher
➤ Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively.
➤ Strong self organizational skill and attention to detail.
➤ At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.
➤ Ability to work in the Calgary time zone.
