**HR Administrative Partner**

**About Parser**

Parser works with Clients from start-up to multinational across many verticals. The common denominator across all Clients is the need to solve fundamental business problems using technology as a means to achieve success. Their assignments are broad in nature, and varied, requiring ingenuity and innovation in the design of the solution.

We adopted agile methodologies, working in self-managed scrum teams and collaborating closely with our Clients. You will get to work alongside highly motivated and technically gifted colleagues allowing you to expand your skill-set whilst also imparting your knowledge to the broader team.

As **HR Administrative Partner,** you’ll enjoy a varied role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on global People projects.

**The Impact You'll Make - Core Areas**:

- Hybrid, (2 days on-site) at Parser´s Office in Buenos Aires (Argentina)
- Act as point of contact for different stakeholders, delivery managers and team members in the administrative management of HR.
- Ensure that team members across different projects have access to the support they need to perform successfully on a daily basis, assisting with any questions, concerns or issues that may arise.
- Measure, analyze and manage team members’ engagement, working collaboratively with the People Experience Team on any actions to take in this matter.
- Ensure all team members have the best experience during their full lifecycle by following Parser’s and Clients’ established processes.
- Identify and manage possible process improvements along the way and follow up accordingly.
- Coach and advise managers and team members on different matters that include policies and best practices, client feedback matters.
- Ensure information is properly maintained and updated for reporting purposes within our HR system.
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as team members’ timesheets, time off, billing matters, among others.
- Manage onboarding, onboarding, and review invoices.
- Update internal policies and talk with team members.
- Manage management requests from the client team.
- Manage weekly meetings and run surveys.
- Plan communication and follow internal activities.

**What You'll Bring To Us**:

- +3 years of HR experience as HRBP or similar positions.
- Generalist knowledge: Employee Relations, Growth & Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related studies.
- Dynamic and flexible personality to be part of a fast-paced work environment.
- Openness to feedback and ability to analyze metrics to determine required shifts for success and Team Members’ engagement.
- Proven ability to manage high volume of requests from various Stakeholders within the Company.
- Ability to stay organized and handle competing priorities.
- Determined with a taste for finding a way around obstacles.
- Strong communication skills, able to set and maintain expectations.
- A team player with out-of-the-box thinking and a strategic mindset.
- Tech-savvy.
- Approachable, empathic, and a good listener.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
