HR Business Partner

Monks Buenos Aires is looking for an HRBP who will drive and support the operations and people strategy to lead the people journey from each team member, bringing support during all lifecycles from onboarding, development, and offboarding.


Roles & Responsibilities:


The
Business Partners are focused on two main areas:1- The development and implementation of People projects and solutions: like Talent Development, Training, Compliance, Internal Communication, Change Management, etc.

2- Being an HR reference for the populations in charge of, with emphasis on:

  • Coaching leads by developing and strengthening their leadership skills.
  • Being a true strategic partner and providing advice on HR issues that support the business.
  • Monitoring that the different instances of the life cycle of the monks of your population are in line with the process, policies, and culture of MM.

Experience and key skills for the role:

  • Motivation and desire to be part of a BIG startup.
  • Peoplecentric approach.
  • High level of tolerance for working in changing and challenging environments.
  • Experience in developing organizational skills at all levels: junior to top management.
  • Strong project management skills, methodical mindset, and agile orientation.
  • Ability to work with autonomy, sense of ownership, and handson mindset.
  • Flexible personality to change course when necessary. Iterating and welcoming the bug.
  • Good problemsolving skills, and great judgment
  • History of developing effective relationships across all levels within organizations and with diverse groups.

Requirements:

  • At least 35 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Advanced English level. Able to hold complex conversations with people from all over the world.
  • Educational background: advanced students or recent graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
