The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for the delivery of outstanding contract management support services, including drafting and negotiation of complex commercial transactions, and providing risk assessment on key contract issues to senior leadership of DXC and its clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide advice and negotiation support in connection with a broad range of commercial transactions to client account/sales teams.
- Provide ongoing advice to account teams regarding legal and commercial implications of specific terms and conditions in contracts.
- Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify issues, conflicts or changes requiring resolution.
- Serve as Contracting Point of Contact for contracting, amendments, task orders and change orders.
- Serve as the main liaison within federal agency and federal customer portals, e.g. pull RFP, submit responses, mange System of Award Management and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment profiles.
- Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the supported clients’ business strategies as well as continuously learning about current and new technologies
- Support training activities for other Contract Managers and Account teams
- Active engagement in regional initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills in English and ability to provide legal advice.
- Experience drafting templates and/or negotiating all relevant types of agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, third party content and technology licenses, hosting and SaaS agreements; good understanding of legal issues surrounding data protection, cybersecurity, intellectual property rights and provide support for pre-award sales activities including supporting the development of responses to client RFPs or similar, working closely with business partners and participate in negotiations.
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Good research, time-management, prioritization, organizational, communicational, and analytical skills.
- Execute tasks with autonomy and good judgement and provide review for team members at lower Levels/New Joiners as required.
- Knowledge and experience in using Contract Lifecycle Management tools, ability to suggest process improvements, help develop tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
