In Aprende Institute we are looking for an experienced, data driven, result oriented, SEM Professional to drive SEM Acquisition Strategy of US Hispanics, to become students in our Platform, playing a game changing role in the Ed-tech industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team and support the implementation of SEM Campaigns for all verticals in Aprende.
- Responsible for generating and forecasting leads, Revenue, in alignment with annual quarterly objectives, while improving CAC.
- Build high performing SEM strategies combining data-focused experimentation, deep customer understanding, and a high level of strategic thinking.
- Drive strategy, ensuring our first-party data is maximized and third-party intent data is aligned with value proposition and tested against performance.
- Test different messages in terms of copy and creativity, aligning what we say ads and landing pages.
- Collaborate with Sales organization by proactively communicating marketing plans and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Work in close partnership with CRM, SEO, Sales and Product Teams.

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years experience in SEM performance marketing.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of US Hispanic consumers.
- Deep knowledge of Google ads platforms.
- Proven track record of developing sound digital strategies and running innovative campaigns that exceed target goals.
- Experience working with a global marketing organization, and leveraging central capabilities and resources. Deep understanding of lead management and sales funnel.
