We are looking for a passionate Technical Lead who can drive our client's growth in the LATAM region.
**Requirements**:
Job Requirements
Be the most technically proficient member of the team, a go-to source for technical issues, complex account optimizations and product integrations
Take ownership of resolving Microsoft Advertising platform technical issues and work with customers to optimize implementations
Create and execute a project plan for new customer integrations working with stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical dependencies and roadblocks for successful integration and deployment
Train the team and push for technical excellence
Provide hands-on expert advice on campaign optimization, working by projects or requests of the account management team
As the most up-to-date team member on new solutions, you will prepare ad hoc training sessions, present best practices and share learnings. You will be a mentor and coach for multiple audiences
Push for product adoption and advertisers sophistication
Similar experience in some of the following roles or similar ones:
Growth Hacker, Performance Specialist or Acquisition Specialist or similar in a company with strong digital channels
Client Solutions Manager or Analytical Lead in any major advertising platform (Google, Facebook, etc.)
Key Account Media Planner in a leading performance marketing agency
**Deep knowledge of digital marketing**:
Experience running big-budget SEM campaigns (mandatory)
Experience running SEM campaigns in Microsoft Advertising (highly preferred)
Experience running performance campaigns on other platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) is nice to have
Attribution models and experiments design.
Tracking (pixels, MMPs, SDKs).
Web analytics and funnel optimization
Problem-solving and learner mindset
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
Portuguese is a plus
Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Looker studio, PowerPoint
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.) knowledge is desirable
SQL, Python, VBA, Web Design knowledge is a plus Benefits
