  • Microsoft and Aleph/IMS have entered a strategic partnership, whereby Aleph will be the exclusive partner for Microsoft's search and native ad inventory across the region. Microsoft Search Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to maximize their potential through paid search and native marketing on the Microsoft Ads platform. Aleph will manage the full business process across sales, account management, marketing, finance, collection, and billing in 27 countries across Latin America._


The technical Lead is a role for a performance expert, with deep knowledge of SEM and passion for working on the most advanced solutions in digital marketing.

You will be responsible for technical excellence in the business unit.

The way to achieve this is by working along the team of Client Growth Managers in the most complex cases that our clients present.

These cases may involve new products implementations, solving technical issues, going deep into the campaigns to improve performance and other initiatives.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the most technically proficient member of the team, a goto source for technical issues, complex account optimizations and product integrations.
  • Take ownership for resolving Microsoft Advertising platform technical issues and work with customers to optimize implementations.
  • Create and execute a project plan for new customer integrations working with stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical dependencies and roadblocks for a successful integration and deployment.
  • Train the team and push for technical excellence.
  • Provide handson expert advice on campaign optimization, working by projects or requests of the account management team.
  • As the most up to date team member on new solutions, you will prepare ad hoc training sessions, present best practices and share learnings. You will be a mentor and coach for multiple audiences.
  • Push for product adoption and advertisers' sophistication.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience of 5+ years in some of the following roles or similar ones:
  • Growth Hacker, Performance Specialist or Acquisition Specialist or similar in a company with strong digital channels.
  • Client Solutions Manager or Analytical Lead in any major advertising platform (Google, Facebook, etc.).
  • Key account Media Planner in a leading performance marketing agency.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing:
  • Experience running big budget SEM campaigns (mandatory).
  • Experience running SEM campaigns in Microsoft Advertising (highly preferred).
  • Experience running performance campaigns on other platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) is nice to have.
  • Attribution models and experiments design.
  • Tracking (pixels, MMPs, SDKs).
  • Web analytics and funnel optimization.
  • Personal skills:
  • Problemsolving and learner mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages:
  • English (required)
  • Portuguese (desirable)
  • Tools
  • Required: Excel, Looker studio, PowerPoint.
  • Desirable: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Nice to have: SQL, Python, VBA, Web Design.
