**¿Qué hacemos en el equipo de Sales & Growth?**

Somos responsables por la adquisición de nuevos usuarios, por generar engagement para convertir usuarios en período de prueba a usuarios pagos, mejorar el engagement de usuarios activos y recuperar aquellos que se hayan dado de baja. Detectamos áreas de mejora e implementamos soluciones para lograr aumentar el volumen de usuarios activos en la plataforma. Ah Y como en todo equipo de Real Trends, medimos lo que hacemos, lo analizamos y tomamos decisiones para mejorar día a día.

**¿Cuáles serían tus responsabilidades como Growth Specialist?**
- Llevar un seguimiento real time del funnel completo de usuarios de Real Trends, utilizando herramientas como Amplitude, Metabase, Google Analytics, SQL, etc.
- Llevar adelante la estrategia, ejecución y optimización de campañas de performance, principalmente en Google Ads, IG/Facebook y Linkedin.
- Idear, planificar y ejecutar iterativamente experimentos que permitan mejorar los distintos KPIs asociados a cada capa del funnel, con el objetivo de incrementar la cantidad de usuarios activos en la plataforma.

**Requirements**:
**¿Qué necesitamos que tengas para aplicar a esta posición?**
- Contar con experiência previa de al menos 3 años en tareas del puesto en empresas digitales.
- Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas como Amplitude/Mixpanel, Metabase, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Conocimiento de Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads e Linkedin Ads.
- Proactividad, creatividad, curiosidad, organización y metodología de trabajo.
- Tener un perfil bien analítico, ser apasionado de los datos, del mundo digital y del Growth.

**¿Qué cosas extras suman?**
- Idioma portugués avanzado (no excluyente).
- Experiência en empresas de ecommerce, empresas B2B o en ventas en Mercado Libre.
