Growth and Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a Growth and Engagement Specialist to join our team in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have experience running performance campaigns on various platforms and be proficient in attribution models and experiments design.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to engage customers and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze data to inform campaign optimization and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Experience as a Growth Hacker, Performance Specialist, or Acquisition Specialist in a company with strong digital channels.
- Familiarity with major advertising platforms (Google, Facebook) and performance marketing agencies.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, including tracking (pixels, MMPs, SDKs), attribution models, and experiments design.
