**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**: Plan, execute, and close digital marketing projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- **Team Management**: Lead and manage project teams, including task assignment, communication facilitation, and conflict resolution.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Implement strategies for tracking and evaluating team and individual performance to ensure project success.
- **SOP Development**: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficient and consistent project execution.
- **Proactive Leadership**: Take the lead in identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing processes.
- **Remote Collaboration**: Work seamlessly with a fully remote team, fostering communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a project manager in the digital marketing industry or a similar role
- Highly organized and able to take care of multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong background in creating and implementing SOPs.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience using Project Management tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must Speak, Read & Write Fluent English

This is a fully remote position.
Monthly pay is $950 - $1,500 USD depending on experience.

Pay: $950,000.00 - $1,500,000.00 per month
