Remote Digital Marketing Project Manager

**Position**: Digital Marketing Project Manager (100% Remote)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the development of the job board platform in coordination with freelance developers as needed
- Developing, executing, and managing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Using A/B testing, product user data, and market research to inform growth strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, paid media, digital advertising, social media, website performance and other digital channels
- Create and manage daily social media content on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and Google
- Effectively manage project resources, including time, budget, and external vendors, to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution of all digital marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with US-based businesses, preferably startups and small/medium sized businesses
- Must show demonstrable track record providing ROI metrics for previous marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of setting up, managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google, Facebook)
- Experience with tech tools such as Notion, CRM’s, Webflow, Wordpress, Zapier etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Must have a strong work ethic and track record delivering results
- Reliable internet/WiFi with backup options in case of unexpected outages

**Payment**
- Base monthly salary is $2,000/month USD
- Quarterly bonuses based on performance
- Payments are processed on a bi-monthly basis (1st and middle of the month)

**Schedule**:
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CDT Time (Monday through Friday) - 40 hours a week

Pay: $1,658,061.40 per month
