Sr Marketing Project Manager

Main responsibilities;
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, content, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of digital campaigns.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Manage communication and collaboration among stakeholders, keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and address any obstacles or challenges that may arise during project execution, ensuring timely solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the digital marketing team, encouraging the exploration of new strategies and channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, suggesting innovative approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers, contributing to their professional growth.
- Build out and provide best in class reporting across all initiatives to the leadership team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Expert experience with JIRA including optimization of existing project flows.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a successful track record of managing digital campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, using data insights to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
