**Cómo será tu día**
- Visita a clientes, desarrollo de negocios de esos clientes. Armado de estrategia para penetración de mercado. Asistencia a ventas de Distributed (O&G e Industrias), especialmente de O&G, también de Central (Generación de Energía).

**Cual es tu responsabilidad**
- Estrategia en el área de energía
- Desarrollo de Negocios de clientes de O&G y Generación de Energía
- Presentación de propuestas de crecimiento de negocios
- Análisis de Mercado y volumen de negocios
- Creación de nuevos modelos de negocios

**Cuáles son los requisitos para el cargo**
- Titulo Universitario (Ingeniería Mecánica o Aeronáutica o Petróleo) o Negocios Internacionales con experiência en energía
- Título de Maestría en Negocios (MBA) preferente
- Demostrada experiência en negociaciones
- Solidos conocimientos de análisis de mercado
- Experiência en O&G y/o Generación de Energía, mínimo 4 años
- Español - Ingles: oral y escrito fluidos
- Excelente comunicador incluyendo a través de presentaciones
- Iniciativa y creatividad
- Individuo enérgico y motivado
- Actitud integral: no solo área de ventas, también área interna, desarrollo de recursos
- Orientación a la satisfacción del cliente: interno y externo
- Fundamental la integración al equipo dinámico y pujante actual
- Flexibilidad para viajar (especialmente Chile y Uruguay, pero también donde sea requerido en conexión con su capacitación y necesidad del negocio

Acerca del equipo
- El equipo de estrategia esta compuesto por individuos muy diversos en género, experiência, estudios universitarios, nacionalidades, localidades dentro de Latinoamérica, edades y entorno. El equipo inmediato de trabajo diario será Ventas de Central y Ventas de Distributed, trabajando diariamente para la subregión Argentina/Chile y Uruguay con base en Argentina. Idealmente en Neuquen aunque puede ser en Buenos Aires también.
- El desarrollo del individuo se orientara a la colaboración interna del grupo BOP (Business Operations) con los diferentes miembros de varios países de Latinoamérica, pero también y fundamentalmente la interacción con ventas, operaciones y Project management.
