**Main Purpose**
- Provide support to Trade Marketing Manager on every trade marketing activation of the Independent Pharmacy Channel. Guarantee the correct implementation of the trade calendar to reach short-long term objectives.
- Collaborate with Independent Channel Plan development, providing strategical inputs, and supervising tactical implementations.
- Consolidate reports on key decision-making variables adding value through robust understanding of business drivers and analytical inputs going beyond consistency on figure consolidation, helping trade marketing managers to speed-up relevant channel decisions.
- Work jointly with Trade Marketing Managers in strategy alignment of cross-functional team acting as a Independent Pharmacy Channel ambassador.

**Your mission will be to**
- Responsible for channel P&I administration, analyzing actuals and possible gaps. Conjoint management of investment forecast required monthly to support business projections.
- Active collaboration on Independent Pharmacy Channel objectives definition, briefing and trade marketing campaigns development. Participation on trade calendar, working jointly with design & trade agencies representatives, following closely tactical roll-out.
- Ownership on every stage of POS implementation and customer events, working together with the sales team to understand customers and POS needs, in time and form. Key contact point for sales and field reps day to day support. Guarantee fundamentals by assuring KPIs (e.g., distribution, share of shelf, OOS) monthly measurement through a CRM solution.
- Support the Trade Marketing Manager in different analysis to find channel, region, and customer opportunities.
- Recommendation of channel initiatives (e.g., Botiquín de Descuentos, COFA, CRM, SONA) for tactical optimizations aimed to facilitate objectives accomplishment with proper analysis and robust foundations to justify proposals.
- Active collaboration on CLUB BAYER program, generating new content to train pharmacist, segmenting the database, working jointly with the agency to increase users, in time and form.
- Responsible for Consolidation, evaluation and transport process of field reps POP material request.

- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or similar
- 1 Year in as assistant in Trade or MKTG Brand Management and / or Key Account Management
- Flexible and oriented to innovation
- Excellent communication skills
