**Your mission Will be to**
- Develop Brand´s strategies and leads short-term brand plans in alignment with the Category strategy for the region.
- Adapt and deploys the brand´s strategies, according to local competitive context and portfolio characteristics for every ConoSur’s country, in alignment with the Group Brand Manager.
- Lead innovation projects (product launches, product updates, and line extensions) to drive the growth of the categories, managing the initiatives in conjunction with the Group Brand Manager and regional teams. Collaborate with the detection of "white spots" in the different markets.
- Develop direct to consumer (DTC) communication, creating successful and insightful stimulus, according to brand´s necessities and general strategy.
- Generate annual media plan, through coordination of a central media agency, monitoring optimal mix & investment allocation.
- Define the pricing architecture strategy considering the competitive environment, product positioning and attributes, and the profitability objectives, in alignment with category pricing architecture established by Group Brand Manager.
- Determine the sales volume of the brands, together with the optimal investment to guarantee the achievement of the objectives.
- Execute plans effectively to ensure that top-line sales goals and bottom line profit goals are met - Define the best P&I distribution and correct administration.
- Participate in lateral projects of other brands belonging to the extended group of categories (Cardio, Derma & Gastro).
- Analyses and interprets market research in order to generate new insights and identify consumer needs.
- Co-lead the brands teams, to promote the joint work of the different areas (trade - sales - medical - RRAA) and to ensure an execution aligned to the main strategy.

**Unlock your Potencial**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with Marketing Digital or Social graduate preferably.
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing or Commercial areas, preferably in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or mass consumption industries.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive and innovation-oriented.
- Experience in media management and product launching will be valued.
- Must show and encourage respect for diversity.
