**Main Purpose**
- This position carry out, control and monitor activities related to the process of managing and maintaining personnel data and organizational data, continuously ensuring the quality and sustainability of information within the Cono Sur Region included Monsanto Legacy. This role involves close collaboration with experts from local HR processes with Talent Leads, HR Advisor and HR Operations and acts as liaison with the Global Process Owner of HR Data Governance assurance regarding the maintenance and the quality of the HR data.

**Your mission will be to**
- Update, maintain and manage all employee data PA in GHP system (Employee life cycle).
- Member of the global HR Data Management Community and participate in regular community activities to exchange best practices and solutions DQI (Data Quality Indicators).
- Responsible for HR reports and KPIs about Organizational and Personal data.
- Maintain and update the Local HR dashboards
- Support to the Talent Acquisition processes within HR Operations
- LMC Support (Mobility)

- Intermediate English language skills
