Finance Analyst

**Job Summary**:
The Finance Analyst is responsible for operational and analytical tasks related to Treasury, Accounting, Tax, Invoicing, Billing, HR, Facilities and general support to the full and well running of the office.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Accounts Payable** duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Match supplier invoices to receiving documents; verify amounts against the purchase orders; communicate discrepancies and obtain signature approval.
- Enter supplier invoices and payments into SAPB1; identify account/job number.
- Validate support documents for expense reports prior to management approval.
- Determine supplier invoices to be paid in accordance with the terms on the purchase order.
- Enter payment information into the banking system; authorize payments and register suppliers.
- Maintain accounts payable files to ensure quick access to unpaid and paid invoices.

**Accounts Receivable** duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Create sales order folder and ensure appropriate information is maintained.
- Issue billing invoices to clients and record payments.
- Ensure smooth cash flow by prompt billing, collecting, and fast issue resolution.
- Follow up on Accounts Receivables with weekly review and collection target.

**General Accounting** duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- File accounting management and tax documents.
- Send tax documents and other types of documents required by our clients.
- Register all expenses from team through corporate credit cards.
- Reconcile varies general ledger accounts during month-end closing; enter appropriate adjustments.
- Interact with outside accounting firm in order to submit all required information and review all books/data received.
- Register all journal entries from accounting firm, regarding tax and payroll.
- Maintain general internal controls.

**General Office** duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

- Ensure proper office structure for work environment asking for maintenance if required, cleaning and supplies.
- Coordinate mail received in front desk.

**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of one year related experience or in lieu of degree, a minimum of 3 years related experience.

- Understand and follow oral and written instructions in English and Spanish.

**Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc.**
- Knowledge of accounting methods and procedures.
