**Propósito de la posición***:
Impulsar la optimización de los procesos de logística vigentes en el área de Supply Chain; para aportar mejoras a las prácticas actuales; velando por el Compliance de los mismos y asegurando adherencia a los estándares globales; con el objetivo de impactar positivamente en el nível integral de servicio al cliente y en el Costo de Distribución.

**Las principales responsabilidades son***:

- Identificar puntos críticos de control que nos garanticen el compliance de las operaciones y realizar un reporte periódico de los mismos a los fines de medir adherencia
- Participar activamente desde Supply Chain en la definición de acuerdos de Distribución (Allowances) y Bad Goods (Devoluciones / Decomisos) con ventas y los clientes claves
- Liderar la revisión de los procesos claves en auditorías que involucren procedimientos de Distribución. Hacer seguimiento de las No Conformidades detectadas y cerrar los GAPs.
- Participar en reuniones de accionamiento de producto próximo a vencer y realizar seguimiento logístico de las mismas.
- Realizar revisiones periódicas en todos los CDs de la adherencia a los procedimientos de Inventarios General de Producto Terminado
- Reportar el avance del COF logístico en los centros de distribución y dar soporte en los análisis de causas.
- Participar en los proyectos regionales impulsados para buscar eficiencias operativas y de costos
- Participar activamente en la construcción de los presupuestos de Bad Good del Negocio
- Participar en la gestación de proyectos que reporten beneficios en los costos de distribución (fijos, variables, bad goods), realizar seguimiento a los mismos y exponer los ahorros generados

**Los requisitos del puesto son**:

- Profesionales de Ingeniería Industrial, Lic. en Administración o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en posiciones de planificación o Project Management. Se valorará conocimientos en Logística Física, así como experiência en Mejora Continua.
- Nível avanzado en manejo de Office (Excel, PowerPoint), conocimientos avanzados en SAP y se valorará conocimiento en Power BI.
- Habilidades para comunicarse en distintos níveles de la organización. Autonomía. Capacidad de liderar equipos no dependientes. Capacidad para adaptarse a situaciones ambíguas y ambientes dinámicos.
