Role Overview

BetWarrior is looking for a CRM Executive to develop and implement automated marketing journeys, optimize customer engagement, and drive long-term retention. This role requires a data-driven mindset, technical expertise in CRM tools and automation, and the ability to translate player behavior into effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping customer interactions and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop and implement CRM strategy, including email set-up and management of automated journeys.
  2. Act as the technical expert for marketing automation programs within the business.
  3. Set up and use behavioural triggers and personalisation to drive customer responses.
  4. Drive purchase behaviour to increase order values and broaden the product repertoire.
  5. Engage in strategic thinking to revolutionise processes while being ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work.
  6. Translate branding understanding into key messages to nurture customers and build brand advocacy.
  7. Communicate effectively with other areas of the business to bring others on the journey.
  8. Evaluate campaigns and translate insights into future action.
  9. Study customer data to personalise and shape campaigns.
Qualification / Requirements
  1. Experience in CRM / Email marketing roles.
  2. Ability to orchestrate multiple campaigns simultaneously and move customers through different automations.
  3. Experience in implementing a large volume of complex trigger-based automated email campaigns.
  4. Familiarity with the betting industry is a big plus.
  5. Knowledge of machine learning and intelligent content.
  6. Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
  7. Solid stakeholder management abilities to work with adjacent teams.
  8. Experience working smoothly with remote teams in different time zones.
