Description:

Principal objetivo: Asegurar el éxito de la línea de negocios de Smart City por medio de la articulación de actividades de marketing que permitan generar/capturar la demanda a través de una estrategia y propuesta de valor ganadora acompañando todo el ciclo de vida de negocios; desde la identificación de cuentas, el seguimiento de las oportunidades hasta el armado de propuestas, cashflow y P&L.

El área tiene foco en 3 verticales tecnológicas de las cuales debería de conocer o tener experiencia:

  1. Seguridad: Específicamente sistemas de video vigilancia urbana e inteligencia artificial (LPR, RF, detección de comportamientos anómalos), sistemas de despacho, botones de pánico.
  2. Sistemas de Movilidad inteligente: (Sistemas de Fiscalización electrónica, estacionamientos, sistemas gestión tráfico, sistemas de mensajería variable)
  3. IoT: (Telegestión de Luminarias, sistemas de parking, monitoreo del aire, etc)

Responsabilidades principales:

  1. Generar y trabajar oportunidades basadas en una estrategia regional. Trabajará fuertemente en Argentina y Chile junto con el área comercial.
  2. Su función también cumplirá actividades de Marketing para la definición de precios, conocimiento de la competencia, de la demanda del mercado, armado de collaterals, desarrollo de proveedores.
  3. Pensar estratégicamente los modelos de negocio y estrategia de ventas para lograr los objetivos principales en cuanto a Órdenes/Ventas.
  4. Identificar socios comerciales y técnicos potenciales para respaldar el negocio local.

Requisitos:

  1. Se buscan personas con experiencia en el armado de propuestas y preventas al sector público/gobierno y en el manejo de soluciones integrales para Smart Cities.
  2. Contexto: nuestro negocio requiere de un abordaje consultivo hacia el cliente con lo cual se requieren muy buenas habilidades interpersonales acompañado de ciertos skills en ventas ya que tendrá un contacto directo con el cliente para relevar y entender sus necesidades.
  3. Deberá realizar visitas y estar muy cerca de los clientes. Trabajará en equipo con la fuerza comercial local de cada país. Deberá tener un background técnico para comprender las necesidades de los clientes y diseñar soluciones personalizadas con nuestras tecnologías y servicios.
  4. Experiencia previa en preventas. Es deseable porque parte de su función tiene que ver con participar del proceso licitatorio y armado de respuestas.
  5. Ideal que vengan del mercado y conocer de soluciones para gobierno.
  6. Capacidad para aprender rápidamente nuevas tecnologías y traducirlas en soluciones que aborden las necesidades del cliente.
  7. Inglés avanzado o intermedio para poder hablar y comprender el idioma. El 80% será en español pero habrá contacto con gente de Japón y proveedores de afuera.
  8. Capacidad para viajar hasta el 20% del tiempo por Argentina y Chile.
  9. Indispensable contar con un perfil creativo, analítico y versátil.
  10. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales; capacidad de organizar y ejecutar.
  11. MBA es muy valorado (por herramientas de marketing, contables y finanzas).
  12. Formación: preferentemente con base de ingeniería (industrial, informática, electrónica, telecomunicaciones o afines) aunque no es algo restrictivo.
