Now, we're looking for a CRM Systems Manager to take our sales, marketing, and operations tools to the next level. You'll own, optimize, and scale the core systems that power our business – from HubSpot (CRM) to Hilos (WhatsApp system) and CallGear (telephony). Your work will streamline workflows, drive automation, and enhance communication efficiency, ensuring we connect with the right people at the right time.

What you will do
- Optimize Telephony Performance: Research industry benchmarks for call connection rates and implement improvements to achieve best-in-class results with CallGear.
- Streamline Sales & Marketing Workflows: Develop a seamless communication system that ensures the sales team only engages with high-intent leads, minimizing wasted effort.
- AI-Powered Telephony Experiments: Collaborate with product managers to test and implement AI-driven enhancements in telephony systems.
- Tool Development & Enablement: Build and enhance internal tools to support the sales team, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure CRM and communication systems align with overall business objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication systems and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with CRM, telephony, and communication tools.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WhatsApp integration tools, and telephony platforms (CallGear or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make optimization recommendations.
- Experience in sales enablement and lead qualification process improvements.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product.
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). Spanish is a plus.
