Descripción general del rol:

Cambiar vidas mediante el aprendizaje es lo que hacemos... y para ello, y dentro del sector de Empresas, buscamos a un profesional proactivo e ingenioso, con sólidas habilidades de venta consultiva, quien será un aliado estratégico en la relación de nuestros clientes corporativos y Open English.

El Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas B2B tiene la capacidad de identificar empresas influyentes y tomadores de decisiones clave dentro de las cuentas. Prospectará desde cero, buscando las mejores oportunidades para generar nuevos negocios. Descubrirá oportunidades calificadas al responder a los intereses entrantes y prospectos salientes específicos para crear una buena relación y establecer relaciones a largo plazo.

Responsabilidades:
  • Generación de prospectos como inicio del ciclo comercial para ejecutivos de cuentas y gerentes de ventas.
  • Búsqueda activa de nuevos leads desde cero, en pro de conseguir nuevas oportunidades de negocios.
  • Actualizar y administrar todas las actividades de ventas, oportunidades e información de cuentas en CRM.
  • Lograr constantemente la cuota mensual de oportunidades calificadas.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia de 18 meses prospectando clientes empresariales (B2B desde cero).
  • Manejo de herramientas de prospección digital como: Sales Navigator, Apollo, entre otras.
  • Experiencia realizando llamadas en frío.
  • Generación de leads y desarrollo de cartera propia.
  • Crear oportunidades de venta directa en sus contactos.
  • Experiencia en manejo de plataformas CRM.
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo completo.
