Job Overview

Devico Solutions is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is an excellent chance to learn about sales and develop your skills in a growing company.

About the Job
You will build a database of potential B2B leads and use that database to make cold calls to develop relationships and book calls with the sales team. You will also manage outbound phone calls to make appointments for the sales team and identify customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Your key responsibility is to deliver value through sales efforts and build relationships with C-Level executives.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous B2B Appointment Setting experience of at least 6 months. You must have excellent written and communication skills in English. Experience in Call Centers doing outbound calls is desirable.

Your Skills
You possess excellent listening and negotiating skills, are dynamic and enthusiastic, and have a strong desire to learn about sales. You are result-oriented, self-driven, and motivated. You enjoy connecting people and are passionate about sales. Comfortable working in an international remote team.
