En Experis Argentina nos encontramos evaluando candidatos para asumir como Business Development Manager.

Misión del puesto:
Responsable de la captación de negocio para venta de servicios de RyS y Outsourcing IT, a través de la prospección y cierre de clientes nuevos, así como la administración de su cartera de clientes hasta el cierre y cobro de facturas de cada proceso, para la marca Experis.

Actividades principales:

  • Prospectar nuevas oportunidades comerciales con el objetivo de asegurar el objetivo de venta y de retención para la marca Experis (RyS y Outsourcing IT).
  • Desarrolla estrategias adaptadas a diversas fuentes de prospección, como plataformas, Cross-Selling, alianzas estratégicas, bases de datos y eventos, entre otros.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y negociación de propuestas presentadas a los posibles clientes con el objetivo de lograr el cierre de los prospectos en Pipeline y lograr las métricas comerciales.
  • Realizar llamadas de seguimiento para identificar objeciones, dudas o ajustes al proyecto presentado, negociar los alcances del servicio e inversión bajo criterios de rentabilidad corporativa.
  • Realizar el cierre del prospecto y administración de la cuenta con el objetivo de asegurar la satisfacción del cliente a través de los criterios de servicio pactado en cada propuesta.
Experiencia laboral
2 -3 años en ventas de servicios RyS y Outsourcing IT.
