Sales Manager | Forex Broker | Forex/CFD

Buscamos un Sales Manager agresivo, ambicioso y orientado a resultados para una empresa internacional de Trading & Finanzas en Buenos Aires

El candidato ideal deberá contar con una mentalidad competitiva y una fuerte determinación por el éxito, además de un sólido conocimiento de los mercados Forex y CFD, lo que le permitirá establecer asociaciones estratégicas sostenibles y duraderas.

PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO IDEAL
  1. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comercial en ventas Forex/CFD (B2B/B2C).
  2. Experiencia comprobada en ventas agresivas y cierre de deals en trading/inversiones.
  3. Mentalidad competitiva y hambre de éxito.
  4. Enfoque orientado a la consecución de objetivos, con habilidades destacadas en negociación, networking y manejo de relaciones comerciales.
  5. Se requieren verdaderos líderes en ventas que destaquen tanto en la captación como en la retención de clientes.
  6. Disponibilidad de una cartera activa de socios en el sector financiero y de trading, demostrando capacidad para generar nuevos ingresos y retener clientes.
RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO
  1. Diseñar e implementar planes comerciales integrados que combinen estrategias de captación y retención, optimizando el ciclo de vida del cliente y maximizando la generación de ingresos.
  2. Fortalecer las relaciones con la cartera actual de los clientes y socios mediante un seguimiento constante, asesoramiento personalizado y programas de fidelización que aseguren relaciones a largo plazo.
  3. Supervisar el desempeño de cada cliente utilizando herramientas de CRM para identificar oportunidades de mejora en ventas y retención, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas y objetivos comerciales.
  4. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas y marketing para desarrollar estrategias integrales que impulsen tanto la captación de nuevos clientes como la retención de los existentes.
