Technical Leaders play the lead in this journey, using their analytical and technical skills (and above all, their enthusiasm) to tackle the complex problems of a feature-rich yet user-friendly enterprise application, driving forward the growth of a product used by thousands of users every day.
Your challenges and objectives:- Achieve a rounded knowledge of our platform by understanding the complex interaction of a wide range of areas and services, from network layer to final user.
- Own and be responsible for your team’s code quality, focusing on reliability, security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with design standards.
- Take an active role in your team’s development in collaboration with the team manager.
- Align your team in a vision for the set of modules, products, or applications within its scope.
- Have a vision of the team’s ideal design and plan a technical roadmap to get there.
- Ensure that the technical roadmap is followed and monitor the production environment.
- Help your team navigate tradeoffs between functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, etc.).
- Proactively plan the team’s code design.
- See to the technical side of day-to-day work, ensuring that technical analysis and code reviews are performed, among other tasks.
- Coach team members on the technical aspects of their activities.
- Mentoring and leadership experience.
- Strong background in OOP, architecture, performance, and efficiency.
- Working knowledge of Unix, preferably Linux.
- A fast-paced, energetic, and engaging environment.
- Flexible hours.
- Work remotely or come by the office as much as you want.
- Four salary reviews per year.
