Reporting to the Vice President in LATAM, the Delivery Director will provide global support to the Delivery Team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage Delivery Teams: Lead and oversee the performance of delivery teams, ensuring the successful implementation of methodologies and effective project planning. Provide leadership and strategic direction to drive team performance and project success.
  • Safeguard Company Interests and Strategic Direction: Ensure that the delivery operations align with the company's financial goals and strategic objectives. Monitor key financial ratios and work towards achieving long-term business targets.
  • Ensure Service Quality: Guarantee the delivery of high-quality services by adhering to industry standards and best practices, such as ISO, Scrum, and ITIL. Continuously monitor and improve service processes to meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Maintain and Grow Client Relationships: Develop strong client relationships by ensuring the successful elicitation of requirements and delivering high-quality solutions. Demonstrate customer orientation and take ownership of deliverables to foster client trust and satisfaction.
  • Develop Strategies to Increase Revenue and Employee Retention: Create and implement strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing employee retention. Identify business opportunities, negotiate deals, and optimize the business model to support company growth.
  • Support Sales in Proposal Development and RFP Responses: Collaborate closely with the sales team in preparing proposals and responding to RFPs. Provide technical expertise in architecture, design, estimation, and project planning to strengthen the company's competitive position.
  • Collaborate with HR on Employee Management Strategies: Work closely with Human Resources to address workplace environment concerns, manage salaries, and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies. Understand employee needs and apply knowledge of industry dynamics and labor laws (LCT) to improve personnel management practices.

Requirements :

  • ISO, Scrum, ITIL
  • Project management: project planning and tracking, resource allocation, scope management, and risk mitigation
  • Retention, negotiation, sales, business model, opportunity identification
  • Technical knowledge of architecture and design. Knowledge and experience in estimation and planning
  • Effective relationship management: ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, understand client needs, manage expectations, and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Leadership, methodologies, planning
