Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Tech Lead, para gestionar al equipo de Desarrollo de Software.
Principales responsabilidades:
Liderar y gestionar un equipo de desarrolladores, generando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo.Planificar y dar seguimiento al desarrollo de los proyectos, garantizando que se cumplan los plazos y objetivos.Relevar los requerimientos necesarios y transmitirlos al equipo de desarrollo, garantizando la implementación exitosa.Asignar tareas y responsabilidades de acuerdo con las habilidades y skills del equipo, proporcionando orientación y apoyo técnico a sus integrantes.Supervisar y aprobar el código desarrollado por el equipo, siguiendo los estándares de calidad y manteniendo las buenas prácticas.Identificar las necesidades de desarrollo de habilidades del equipo y diseñar acciones para favorecer el crecimiento profesional. Requerimientos: Experiencia previa en posiciones similares de liderazgo.Conocimientos en lenguajes de Programación, preferentemente PHP, .NET o similares.Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles, liderando las diferentes ceremonias.Experiencia en el uso de GIT y revisión/aprobación de PR.Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, comunicacionales y muy buena capacidad de organización.Disponibilidad para asistir 1 o 2 veces al mes a las oficinas en CABA La empresa ofrece contratación directa + un amplio paquete compensatorio.
