Filming Coordinator

We are a leading tech-driven media and entertainment company, producing uplifting content in 17 languages for people of all ages. Our team comprises over 600 creative individuals who work from 42 different countries and 4 offices located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We are seeking a talented Filming Coordinator to join our team for the YouTube channel Gotcha. The goal is to produce entertaining, straightforward, and unique video content that caters to young viewers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the director through pre-production and production stages;
• Communicate with the team while conducting a day-to-day plan for the video;
• Lead rehearsals and prepare necessary documents;
• Manage time during the production stage;
• Communicate with actors and the team.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs;
• Precision of systematicity and order;
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages;
• Strong time management skills;
