General Summary:
The Creative Production Coordinator B2I Theatrical, TVP and other LOB is responsible for onboarding and overseeing execution of multiple and simultaneous projects, on time and on budget and with highest quality standards for the Brand & Creative team.
This individual should be the guardian of the production process and have a deep understanding and appreciation of conceptualization, writing, editing, art and post-production work.
The Creative Production coordinator partners with a Marketing B2I coordinators for the onboarding, accurate estimation of timelines and expected approval process.
The Coordinator then pivots to work with Brand and Creative to complete execution carrying each project through creative directors, writers, producers and designers.
Core responsibilities
- 50% Oversight of all active Creative projects under his/her purview for Theatrical, TVP, TVD and other LOB. Facilitate the overall organization, execution and efficiency. Responsible for her/his project assignment, status and success including budgets and timelines. Responsible for facilitating updates including but not limited to schedule, resources, and progress of all ongoing projects simultaneously.
- 20% Work closely with Creative Managers/Directors to ensure that timelines and capabilities are within current resources. Alert when resources are strained. Balance the needs of Mktg stakeholders with Brand & Creative internal capabilities establishing agreements on expected timelines and results.
- 10% Ability to create and push projects through all lines of execution while ensuring highest artistic and creative standards. A solid commitement and respect to creative processes, nuances and artistry. A supporter of innovation and talent that can balance structure and process with artistic work.
- 10% Facilitate and improve the production process for all parts involved in the creation of assets. From brief, to production, to execution to approval and delivery. Collaborate with Exec Director and with Marketing team to ensure full visibility of process and provide updated information for Wrike. Provide support gathering, processing and sharing information such as resources, budget, workloads, etc.
- 10% Constantly look for ways to improve efficency and process while protecting and elevating creative and artistic work.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- 5 years in processing assets or coordinating creative production at a production company, studio, network or large size creative agency.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and largescale Creative and Digital endeavors.
- Primary skills: excellent verbal and written communication, time and project management, strong interpersonal expertise, profound knowledge and understanding of creative endeavors, critical thinking and problem solving.
- Outstanding organizational skills and management.
- Grace under pressure with a strong sense of collaboration and empathy.
- Budgetary and financial expertise and reliability.
- Ability to work across different lines of business as well as a variety of creative assets.
- Proactive problem solving, critical and strategic thinking, leadership, innovation, strong ability to multitask and pivot
- Passionate about original, acquired and library content and branding initiatives. Movies, series, scripted, nonscripted and linear and nonlinear platforms. Entertainment business acumen a must.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- English is a must. Spanish and Portuguese a plus.
- Diversity sensitivity is a must.
