Social and Search Planner

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the search/social media paid advertising planning, buying, and optimization of campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads including QAs and campaign optimizations.
- Conduct regular checkins with the Social Media Director and Search Supervisor to report on campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Partner with other media planning, media buying, and analytics departments to provide sound, researchbased campaign strategies, plans and implementation approaches that drive tangible client business impact.
- Leverage datadriven approach to analyze campaign performance and derive insights and strategic recommendations to improve KPIs and campaign results.
- Listen and stay engaged with relevant social discussion about our clients, competitors, and/or industry
- Nurture key relationships with platform reps to increase opportunities and remain up to date on pharmaceutical and healthcare branded and unbranded content regulations and restrictions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years' experience in development, planning, activation, management, optimization, and measurement of paid search and/or social media advertising campaigns based on client goals and KPIs
- Strong inplatform experience across major social and search platforms including (but not limited to): Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex media activations with quick turn around times
- Experience with successfully executing campaigns in all three stages of the sales funnel; awareness, consideration and conversion/lead generation.
- Strong time management skills required
- Works well independently and collaborating with other teams
- Certifications in Search and Social platforms preferred
- Experience in pharma or healthcare is required
