Role Overview

As an Ecommerce Growth Marketer, your key role involves boosting product growth, advancing the brand, and tackling marketing challenges with creative strategies. Your journey kicks off with a thorough exploration of our current marketing processes and customer base.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for enhancing ecommerce sales.
  • Analyze data and trends to pinpoint patterns and growth opportunities.
  • Implement marketing campaigns across diverse channels, like email marketing and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to seize market opportunities.
  • Learn and utilize new marketing tools and platforms as required.
  • Create captivating and visually appealing content using Canva.
  • Offer extensive marketing support and ideas to the team, addressing queries and making necessary adjustments.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks or projects to boost marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product features, and new marketing tactics to better assist the company.

Requirements

  • C1 English proficiency, both written and spoken (Essential)
  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in growth marketing or a related field (Essential)
  • Work experience in an ecommerce setting (Essential)
  • Proficiency in email marketing and Google Ads (Essential)
  • Familiarity with Canva (Preferred, beneficial for email marketing)
  • Analytical mindset to detect and respond to data trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning of new marketing avenues
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach
  • Adaptability to diverse cultures and market environments
  • Enthusiasm, passion, humor, and the ability to reflect these qualities through marketing content
  • Flexible work schedule and capacity to work autonomously
