Senior Digital Marketer is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns to foster customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.

This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital channels and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive digital and growth marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions.

Data Analysis:
Analyze and interpret data from various sources to understand the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making.

A/B Testing:
Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates across digital platforms.

Budget Management:
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.


Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align digital strategies with business goals.

Reporting:
Regularly report on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth specialist, with a proven track record of driving growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
