**Senior Digital Marketer Job Description**

**Position**:Senior Digital Marketer

**Department**:Marketing

**Reports to**:CMO

**Job Overview**:Senior Digital Marketer is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns to foster customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital channels and tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**: Design and implement comprehensive digital and growth marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze and interpret data from various sources to understand the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making.

**A/B Testing**: Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion rates across digital platforms.

**Budget Management**: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.

**Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align digital strategies with business goals.

**Reporting**: Regularly report on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth specialist, with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital marketing best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have sound business judgment in project prioritization
