En esta oportunidad buscamos sumar al equipo de
Global Debt Financing (GDF) un/a profesional para la posición de
Vice President (Senior) - Structured Finance .


Structured Finance es el equipo de originación y ejecución dentro del área de
Global Debt Financing que brinda asesoramiento, estructuración y soluciones crediticias a nuestros clientes, combinando experiência local, cobertura global y capacidades cross-border.


El equipo de
Structured Finance gestiona los siguientes productos: préstamos bilaterales, préstamos sindicados, financiamiento de proyectos y adquisiciones, asesoramiento en deuda para proyectos de infraestructura, financiamiento respaldado por agencias de crédito a la exportación (ECAs) y organismos multilaterales (MLAs).


Global Debt Financing provee productos y servicios de deuda dentro de
Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) , la división de negocios globales que apoya a clientes corporativos e institucionales con servicios personalizados de banca de inversión y productos de valor agregado de banca corporativa.

Te sumarías a este equipo para:

  • Brindar asesoramiento y participar de la originación, coordinación y ejecución de transacciones de financiación estructurada.
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, desarrollar relaciones con clientes y otros bancos.
  • Desarrollar propuestas de financiamiento y asesoramiento (en inglés y español) para capital de trabajo, inversiones, proyectos, adquisiciones, gestión de pasivos, reestructuración de deuda, entre otros.
  • Negociar contratos, formularios y documentación legal.
  • Coordinar con equipos globales de SCIB (en inglés).
  • Trabajar en estrecha coordinación con los oficiales de empresa y los equipos de mercados de capitales, productos especializados, riesgos, legales, operaciones, normas, así como también asesores externos y contrapartes del mercado.
  • Desarrollar modelos financieros, análisis de flujos de fondos, ejercicios de dimensionamiento de deuda y preparación de memorandos de información.
  • Liderar discusiones internas y elaboración de propuestas a comités de riesgos.
  • Asesorar a los clientes en financiamiento con ángulo en el medioambiente, social y gobierno (ESG) y estructuración de préstamos sostenibles.



¿Cuáles son los requisitos, conocimientos y experiências previas necesarias para desarrollar estas actividades?

  • Graduados/as de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o título equivalente en negocios/finanzas.
  • Altamente valorado contar con CFA aprobado o Maestría en Finanzas.
  • Contar con experiência en originación, asesoramiento y ejecución de operaciones de financiamiento estructurado o áreas relacionadas.
  • Es necesario que seas bilingüe inglés para poder desarrollar propuestas y negociar documentación en inglés, tanto escrito como verbalmente, así como interactuar con clientes y equipos globales de forma recurrente.
  • Es imprescindible que tengas conocimiento de la dinámica del mercado y los productos de financiamiento, con entendimiento en conceptos de medición de riesgos y perfiles de crédito.
  • Conocimientos para desarrollar modelos financieros y flujos de fondos, con análisis de escenarios y sensibilidades relacionadas al negocio y el financiamiento.
