Technical Manager Blockchain in Argentina to join our team at Globant

  • Inspire a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals.
  • Formulate and execute strategic and tactical measures to ensure the success of the teams.
  • Hunt and farm new avenues for business growth thereby contributing to the hypergrowth story of the company.
  • Define technical profiles, performance, and training standards in the Blockchain studio. Be part of an agile pod driven by a culture of selfregulated teamwork, each team or POD works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality, and autonomy.
  • Business Analysis:_
  • Responsible for documenting flows, creating event diagrams, documenting overall strategy
  • Facilitate workshops to review flows, gather requirements
  • Work with Product and Tech leads to organize strategy and distribute work
  • Requirement analysis
  • Technical Analysis:_
  • Review documentation, codebase and meet with team members to document flows, create diagrams
  • Detect issues in implementation against the different processes, recommend fixes
