Role & Project management

  • As the Delivery Lead, you'll sit in the senior leadership team and be responsible for the excellent delivery of all of our work. This role analyzes and improves organizational processes, and works to safeguard quality, productivity and efficiency throughout our production cycles.
  • You'll deep dive into the client universe to truly understand business needs, identify pain points and map a fitting way to operationalize our team to deliver.
  • Your focus will be on quality and efficiency and together with our account and production teams, you'll help to shape new workstreams and the teams associated with them.
  • You'll bring all our inhouse talents together to make sure great work is produced, in addition to overseeing processes to scale talent as needed.
  • You'll be responsible for resourcing against budgets to ensure we can deliver work at speed, and drive overall project profitability establishing what gets done and when to make sure projects are profitable and doable, with realistic targets and deadlines.
  • You'll focus on scalability by creating training documentation, tools, training sessions, train the trainer workshops and investigate automation where possible.

Workflow & Processes

  • Audit and streamline processes and help to improve them in collaboration with the client.
  • Help nurture a positive learning environment for the team.
  • Solve logístical challenges to make sure that makers can produce at full speed and great quality.
  • Support the creation of documentation and training materials so we can get better with every go.

Team & Talent management

  • Support the onboarding of new team members to new projects within your scope of work and supervision.
  • Nurture our culture by organizing inspirational or training events and keep an eye on talent happiness.
  • You are in the lead of facilitating the review moments with your team.

Account

  • You'll liaise between several MM offices and our team in BA to make sure we nail milestones and deadlines. Gain visibility with the global operations team.
  • You support the Producers and Business lead in their daytoday management by good understanding of all processes, including the financial perspective to understand the role for every resource from core to fix.
  • Help define production strategies, write up workflows and dig deep into tooling and software.
