Join the UAT Team in BA to support the implementations of Quantum Leap projects for one of the world's most innovative banks

The role will require working with stakeholders across the CIB, looking to leverage best practice across the industry and other J.P. Morgan business units. Lateral contacts in business, technology, operations, product and client facing organizations firm wide would need to be developed and mined for best practices and for driving outcome s.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide project manager support across the multi-year Payments Test Acceleration Program for Wholesale Payments Testing and other testing programs.
- Design and deliver best practices across Test Strategy.
- Partner with CPCS UAT teams, Product, Operations, and Technology to identify barriers preventing efficient UAT testing and coordinate solutions.
- Develop multi-year roadmap, detailed project plan, and milestone delivery across multiple teams.
- Responsible for milestone reporting and trend analysis within specific projects.
- Identifying opportunities to accelerate change for the programs and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation.
- Ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders and colleagues within the project team and ensure a consistent collaborative approach.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Deep project / test management experience within the Financial Services industry supporting multiple LOB's delivering in a highly complex and high-volume environment.
- Expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and skilled to learn and work with evolving methodologies.
- Experienced in supporting a team to define requirements, document user stories and test scripts.
- Ability to work with the minimum of supervision on day-to-day activities.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and data visualization and user tools like Tableau, Alteryx, QlickView, Xceptor, etc.
- Inclusive leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across different groups and
- Leads with confidence and empathy, considerate of others, supportive during high pressure situations and celebrates successes equally of individuals and team alike.

**Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills
- English advanced communication skills with the ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to team members, colleagues, senior heads, executives and clients.
- Portuguese communication is a plus

PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills - able to create professional slides and structure presentations with mínimal input and need for secondary review
