Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Recruitment Skills: Previous experience or strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and thorough candidate evaluation and documentation.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or other HR software is a plus.
- 2+ Years of experience: Previous experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a remote or virtual work environment, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
